For me, starting a blog wasn’t a very clear concept. I knew I had something inside of me that I needed to write about and share with people. I find that sharing ideas and getting feed back really clarifies what I am thinking about. I would hope it does the same for my readers.
I began this blog with just a vague sense of what it would be about and who my target audience would be. I wanted to keep it broad enough so most anyone could enjoy and relate to my posts but also specific enough that I could use examples from my life experiences.
Today I was reading an older post of mine titles Incrementality – Developing a formula for success when I realized I am writing these posts for those people who are incremental or learning theorists. For those of you who haven’t read that post these are
People who say they got it because they worked hard at it. These people have a sense that no matter what it is, if they work hard at it, it can be mastered.
I am constantly working on something, always trying to improve. I know there are others out there who think like me. Just like any individual or group of people with a goal or mission it always helps to have support and resources to draw upon when you need them.
I hope this blog serves as that resource and provides a forum for those with an incremental to communicate.
